NOVELTY - Preparing reduced graphene oxide-polyimide heat-treated foam involves taking rectangular polyimide foam having length size of 1x 1x 1x 0.5cm and immersing in graphene oxide aqueous solution with mass concentration of 1-4 mg/ml, performing vacuum infiltration method and evacuating the bubbles inside polyimide foam to make graphene oxide adhere to surface of polyimide foam to obtain graphene oxide-polyimide foam. USE - Method for preparing reduced graphene oxide-polyimide heat-treated foam (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare reduced graphene oxide-polyimide heat-treated foam is cost effective, has good mechanical property, complex preparation process, large density, improves the conductivity, and increases pressure sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing reduced graphene oxide-polyimide heat-treated foam involves taking rectangular polyimide foam having length size of 1x 1x 1x 0.5cm and immersing in graphene oxide aqueous solution with mass concentration of 1-4 mg/ml, performing vacuum infiltration method and evacuating the bubbles inside polyimide foam to make graphene oxide adhere to surface of polyimide foam to obtain graphene oxide-polyimide foam. The obtained graphene oxide-polyimide foam is immersed in aqueous solution of chemical reducing agent in mass ratio of 3-4:1, and then bubbles are evacuated and subjected to chemical reduction reaction, cleaned to obtain reduced graphene oxide-polyimide foam. The obtained reduced graphene oxide-polyimide foam is placed in tube furnace, under protective gas to thermal reduction to obtain final product.
