NOVELTY - The method involves setting a lower device room in a hydroxyl free radical generator for generating a hydroxyl radical ion. An organic contaminant molecule is decomposed through oxidation gas under action of a draft fan. Atmosphere is discharged to an upper port of an exhaust cylinder. A complex catalyst is formed by utilizing graphite and aluminum oxide as carrier, nickel, manganese, cobalt, palladium, platinum, ruthenium and catalyst hybrid fusion. A graphene complex catalyst treating volatile organic pollutant is provided with a catalytic reaction tower (1). An outlet end of the catalytic reaction tower is connected with a draft fan that is connected with a lower port of the exhaust cylinder.
