NOVELTY - Preparing electroluminescent black phosphorus alkene/graphene electrode comprises (a) taking white phosphorus and graphene oxide powder, introducing deionized water, performing ultrasonic dispersion, obtaining white phosphorus/ graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (b) using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter film, vacuum pumping and filtering the white phosphorus/graphene oxide dispersing liquid to obtain a white phosphorous/grapehene oxide thin film with a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate, (c) preparing polydimethyldiphenylamine solution, (d) coating the dimethyl silicone polymer solution on the other surface of the whiteosphorus/graphene oxide film, (e) heating and solidifying the polydimethoxyethylenediamine solution to obtain the poly dimethyldioposiloxane substrate, and (f) tearing the polypTFE filter film. USE - Preparation method of electroluminescent patterned black phosphorus alkene/graphene electrode used in energy storage, electronic device and field effect transistor. ADVANTAGE - The method provides electro-patterned black phosphorene/graphene electrode with high efficiency, high stability, high productivity, high efficiency and low cost.
