NOVELTY - A method for sintering cobalt-free tungsten carbide comprises respectively weighing graphene and nano tungsten carbide (WC) powder, uniformly mixing and drying; putting dried mixture of graphene and nano WC powder into graphite mold, pressing, putting into discharge plasma sintering device, sintering at 1500-1700 degrees C, keeping temperature for 5 minutes, and taking out the sample after cooling. USE - Method for sintering cobalt-free tungsten carbide. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces sintering temperature, and has short sintering time and short insulating time.
