NOVELTY - Anti-cracking zinc acrylate antifouling paint comprises 30-40 pts. wt. acrylic acid zinc resin, 15 -20 pts. wt. pigment, 10-15 pts. wt. organic solvent, 25-35 pts. wt. modified antifouling agent, 4-8 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 8-10 pts. wt. amino silicone oil. USE - The anti-cracking zinc acrylate antifouling paint is useful in marine antifouling field. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has simple operation, excellent sterilizing, antifouling, flexibility and anti-cracking performance and high practicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anti-cracking zinc acrylate antifouling paint comprising (i) preparing materials, (ii) taking hydroxylated graphene and dimethylformamide, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding methacrylic anhydride, stirring and reacting under nitrogen for 8-10 hours, the reaction temperature is 100-110 degrees C, washing and vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene, (iii) preparing modified montmorillonite by (i) taking montmorillonite and deionized water, mixing and stirring, adding surfactant, stirring for 3-4 hours in a 60-65 degrees C water bath, allowing to stand, centrifuging, washing, drying, grinding and sieving to obtain material A, (b) taking material A, acetone and silane coupling agent, stirring and reacting at 45-50 degrees C, allowing to stand to volatilize acetone, cooling, drying, grinding and sieving to obtain modified montmorillonite, (iv) preparing modified antifouling agent by (a) taking modified graphene, modified montmorillonite and deionized water, stirring and mixing in an ice-water bath, adding isopropanol and titanium tetrachloride, continue to stirring, adjusting the pH to 3 and ultrasonically reacting at 70-80 degrees C for 1- 2 hours, allowing for aging, carrying out centrifugal washing, drying and heating to 100-110 degrees C, performing heat preservation and calcination, continue heating at 540-550 degrees C, heat preservation and calcination to obtain material B, (b) taking the resultant material B and deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, adding sodium citrate solution and continue to stirring to obtain material C, taking copper acetate solution, adding material C, sodium hydroxide and hydrazine hydrate solution, stirring and allowing to stand for 1- 1.2 hours, filter washing and vacuum drying to obtain modified antifouling agent, (v) taking acrylic zinc resin, pigment, organic solvent, modified antifouling agent, auxiliary agent and amino silicone oil, stirring, dispersing, and grinding to a particle size of 50-60um to obtain a finished product.
