DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lead-telluride/graphene nanocomposite material is prepared by mixing lead solution with graphite oxide solution, adding tellurium-bearing solution, strong base, and reducing agent and mixing, washing with deionized water, and drying. The concentration of lead solution and tellurium-bearing solution is 0.01-0.1 mol/L. Compounds of lead and tellurium are used as raw materials and dissolved in deionized water. The concentration of graphite oxide is 0.5-2 mg/L. The addition amount of graphite oxide is 1-30% of theoretical mass of lead telluride. Each gram of graphite oxide is added with 0.2-1 mol of reducing agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of lead-telluride/graphene nanocomposite material, which involves weighing sodium nitrate, potassium permanganate, and graphite powder in a mass ratio of 0.3-0.7:3-4:1, adding 98 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid to a dry reaction container, cooling to 0-4 degrees C, adding graphite powder and sodium nitrate while stirring, slowly adding potassium permanganate, controlling reaction temperature to 0-10 degrees C, stirring for 1.5-2 hours, conducting thermostatic water bath at 32-40 degrees C on the solution, evenly stirring for 30-40 minutes, adding warm water at 50-60 degrees C and 30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, stirring for 15-30 minutes, washing the reaction product with dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water, freeze-drying to obtain graphite oxide, dissolving compounds of lead and tellurium in deionized water to prepare 0.01-0.1 mol/L lead solution and tellurium solution, dissolving graphite oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically treating for 0.5-2 hours to obtain 0.5-2 mg/L graphite oxide solution, adding graphite oxide solution to lead solution, ultrasonically treating for 0.5-2 hours, adding tellurium-bearing solution, adjusting pH to 9-12 by adding a strong base, adding reducing agent, sealing with film, conducting warm bath, stirring and reacting at 60-100 degrees C for 8-24 hours, collecting product, washing with deionized water, and drying. The ratio of 98 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid and graphite powder is 22-24 ml:1 g.
