NOVELTY - Antistatic and high wear resistant tire surface adhesive comprises reduced graphene oxide, nano carbon black and conventional tread rubber, where nano carbon black is attached to both sides of the reduced graphene oxide. The nanocarbon black comprises a high dibutyl phthalate (DBP) value nano carbon black and a low DBP value nano carbon black. The nano-carbon black contains high DBP value nano carbon black and low DBP value nano carbon black, low DBP value nano carbon black is added 3-5 times (mass ratio) of high DBP value nano carbon black, and mass ratio of nano carbon black and reduced graphene oxide is 10:0.4-2.4. The total mass fraction of the nano carbon black and the reduced graphene oxide in the tire surface rubber is 1-10%. The DBP value of the high DBP value nano carbon black is 360-400, and the DBP value of the low DBP value nano carbon black is 200-280. USE - Antistatic and high wear resistant tire surface adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic and high wear resistant tire surface adhesive has significantly lower graphene and carbon black, low cost, high addition, and balanced performance, and applied in automobile and aircraft tires. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an antistatic and high wear resistant tire surface adhesive, which involves: (A) mixing low DBP value nano carbon black and high DBP value nano carbon black in a mass ratio of 3-5:1; (B) adding 10 pts. wt. mixed carbon black to 50 pts. wt. aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, and dispersing by an emulsification homogenizer, the mass concentration of the aqueous graphene oxide dispersion is 1-6%; (C) placing dispersion obtained in a hydrothermal reaction vessel, and reacting at 180 degrees C for 2 hours, cooling to room temperature, taking out reactant to be dried to obtain a graphene-based composite additive; and (D) mixing graphene-based composite additive with a conventional tread rubber, and kneading mixture in an internal mixer, where mass ratio of the graphene-based composite additive to the conventional tread rubber is 1-10: 100.
