NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified mesoporous silicon dioxide loaded heteropoly acid catalyst comprises (i) dispersing graphene or graphene oxide in an alcohol solution, adding organosilane and pore-forming agent, adding acid solution and gel accelerator, stirring uniformly, adding into a hydrothermal kettle, performing hydrothermal treatment, washing and drying, and obtaining graphene modified mesoporous silica carrier; and (ii) loading the active component on the carrier, dissolving the heteropoly acid in the solvent to obtain active component solution, dispersing the graphene modified mesoporous silica carrier in the active component solution, stirring, impregnating, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified mesoporous silicon dioxide loaded heteropoly acid catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst utilizes the nu interaction between graphene and thiophene sulfur compounds, improves the adsorption selectivity of thiophene sulfur compounds, desulfurization reaction of oil alkylation and reaches removal rate of thiophene sulfur compound to 99.9%.
