▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing tin(IV) phosphide-based material, comprises carrying out phosphating reaction of phosphine with tin-cobalt double metal hydroxide or tin-cobalt double metal oxide to obtain final product. USE - The tin(IV) phosphide-based material is useful in cathode for lithium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: improves the rate performance and cycle stability compared with the previous tin phosphide-based materials; and can maintain a high specific capacity at high current density. The method: can synthesize the tin-phosphide-based material with higher rate performance and cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: tin(IV) phosphide-based material prepared by above method; cathode; and lithium ion battery.
