▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Recycling and purifying sodium molybdate in ammonium metavanadate comprises (a) adding the raw material ammonium metavanadate into hot water at 60-90°C, dissolving to obtain a vanadium-containing solution, keeping the temperature of the vanadium-containing solution at 60-90°C, adding aqueous water, adjusting its pH value to 8-9, adding magnesium sulfate, stirring and filtering to obtain vanadium-containing solution and molybdenum-containing filter residue, (b) mixing the molybdenum-containing filter residue with sodium hydroxide solution, sodium silicate, and graphene, and ultrasonically stirring for more than 30 minutes, filtering to obtain molybdenum-containing filtrate, adding polyacrylamide into the molybdenum-containing filtrate, adjusting pH to 3-5 with sulfuric acid, precipitating solid, separating solid from liquid, and drying to obtain sodium molybdate. USE - Recycling and purifying method of molybdenum in ammonium metavanadate used as petrochemical industry. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, recovers molybdenum from molybdenum-containing ammonium metavanadate, and the obtained sodium molybdate has higher recovery rate of more than 95% and higher purity more than 99%, which meets the national excellent grade standard.
