▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of three-dimensional nickel foam-graphene porous electrode involves washing nickel foam with acetic acid, acetone and ethanol, drying, washing with deionized water, and directly immersing treated nickel foam in an graphene oxide aqueous solution with concentration of 0.5-10 mg/mL, at 30-80 degrees C for 2-12 hours. During the direct immersion reaction, the graphene is deposited on surface of conductive substrate of nickel foam. USE - Manufacture of three-dimensional nickel foam-graphene porous electrode used for supercapacitor, lithium-ion battery or lithium-air battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of three-dimensional nickel foam-graphene porous electrode high specific surface area, excellent overall responsive rate and high productivity, by simple method.
