NOVELTY - The method for preparing high-performance supercapacitor electrode material, involves subjecting porous active electrode material to porous treatment, carrying out chemical oxidation etching and/or physical methods on the active electrode materials, subjecting to hetero-atom doping treatment by dissolving heteroatom containing compound or a salt in a solvent to form a doping solution, placing the porous activated electrode materials into the doping solution, stirring, filtering the mixed suspension, removing the solvent, and drying, and carrying out carbonization treatment by calcining the product in a high-temperature environment to remove the oxygen-containing functional groups in the active electrode material, and providing high-temperature reaction environment for heteroatom doping to obtain a supercapacitor electrode material. USE - Method for preparing electrode material for high-performance supercapacitor (claimed) used in applications of power system, vehicle starting and military equipment energy storage. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively reduce the capacitor internal resistance, improve the capacitor capacitance, increase the practicability and stability in the small circuit, and reliability, so that the technical problem of the existing super capacitor is solved.
