NOVELTY - Separating echelon from Camellia nitidissima, comprises extracting materials by using graphene nano-materials as selective adsorption separation carrier, and controlling the pH of echelon Camellia nitidissima concentrated liquid, and adjusting the isoelectric point of amino acid active component to separate echelon, where the active components include aspartic acid, threonine, serine, glutamic acid, proline and glycine. USE - The method is useful for separating echelon from Camellia nitidissima (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high selectivity, rapid separation speed, and produces good purity product, and is economical.
