▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Bullet-proof and anti-toxic integrated protective lining comprises TPU heat-sealing cloth, waterproof cloth, bulletproof layer and anti-toxic layer. The bullet-proof layer and the anti-poison layer are covered by waterproof cloth. The bulletproof layer and the anti-virus layer are laminated, the waterproof cloth is wrapped, and the waterproof cloth is wrapped with the TPU heat-sealing cloth. The bulletproof layer adopts a laminated structure of aramid non-weft fabric. The anti-virus layer adopts a sandwich structure in which a graphene film is sandwiched between two layers of aramid non-weft cloth. The waterproof cloth and the TPU heat-sealing cloth are finally heat-sealed. USE - Used as bullet-proof and anti-toxic integrated protective lining. ADVANTAGE - The lining saves the cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the protective lining, comprising (i) adopting the laminated structure of aramid non-weft cloth by bullet-proof layer, (ii) preparing the graphene film by spraying method, where the substrate is made of high-mesh sandpaper, air-drying the graphene film, gently peeling off to obtain a self-supporting large-area graphene film, adjusting the concentration of the graphene solution to prepare anti-virus layers with different thicknesses and different anti-virus capabilities according to the type of poison and the combat time, sandwiching the graphene film between the two layers of aramid non-weft cloth on a flat vulcanizer of suitable size by heating and pressurizing, which is vulcanized into a whole to obtain the anti-virus layer, (iii) cutting the anti-virus layer into a sheet with the same shape as the bulletproof layer and slightly larger than the bulletproof layer, (iv) using a waterproof cloth to wrap the anti-virus layer and the bullet-proof layer into a whole, and stitching together, and (v) using TPU heat-sealing cloth to wrap the waterproof cloth and heating into one body.
