▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Medium-to-high temperature graphene heating slurry comprises 2-7 pts. wt. graphene, 2-7 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. n-butanol, 1-6 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, 2-5 pts. wt. natural mica, and 80-95 pts. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone. USE - Medium-to-high temperature graphene heating slurry. ADVANTAGE - The slurry has excellent heat conduction effect and stable heat resistance properties after formed into a film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the slurry involving (a) mixing carbon nanotubes, dimethylformamide, n-butanol, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, natural mica, N-methylpyrrolidone and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain uniformly dispersed system, (b) adding the graphite powder to the uniform dispersion system, so that the graphite gradually delaminates under ultrasonic treatment, as the gap between the graphite layers gradually increases, the carbon nanotubes enters the gap between graphite layers with the liquid in the system until the graphite is exfoliated into graphene in the liquid system, and (c) removing part of N-methylpyrrolidone to obtain the product; and (2) a method for forming the paste involving (i) coating the heating slurry on the surface of the substrate, and (ii) vacuum drying to form a film after film formation.
