▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-coated carbon-doped polyimide (PI) composite conductive nanofiber long yarn, comprises (i) preparing polyamic acid/hydroxyalkyl cellulose blend spinning solution, (ii) preparing fiber mat and/or nonwoven fabric by electrospinning, (iii) soaking the fiber mat and/or nonwoven fabric in graphene dispersion, drying and cutting into strip, (iv) heat drawing the strip to obtain nanofiber oriented tow, and (v) twisting the obtained nanofiber oriented tow to obtain final product, where the graphene has thickness of 1-10 layers, and mass concentration of 1-5% in the dispersion. USE - The graphene-coated carbon-doped polyimide (PI) composite conductive nanofiber long yarn is useful in fabrics, heating garments, fiber cloth and composite materials (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-coated carbon-doped polyimide (PI) composite conductive nanofiber long yarn prepared by above method.
