NOVELTY - A heat-resistant high-flame-retardant polypropylene composite material comprises graphene oxide-modified polypropylene, N-phenylmaleimide-styrene-acrylonitrile terpolymer, polyethylene, silane coupling agent, flame retardant, nano-diatomite, nano-zinc oxide, dibenzylidene sorbitol, p-chlorobenzylidene sorbitol, 2,2'-methylenebis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl) sodium phosphate, brucite powder, talc, micro-silica powder, poly-4-methyl-1-pentene, epoxidized soybean oil, ethylene-octene copolymer, lanthanum stearate, stearic acid, polytetrafluoroethylene and hexamethylphosphoric triamide. USE - Heat-resistant high-flame-retardant polypropylene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene composite material has excellent flame-retardant property and heat resistance, high strength and favorable antistatic property. N-phenylmaleimide-styrene-acrylonitrile terpolymer, 3-15 pts. wt. polyethylene, 0.2-1 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 2-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 3-10 pts. wt. nano-diatomite, 0.5-2 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 0.2-1 pt. wt. dibenzylidene sorbitol, 0.2-1 pt. wt. p-chlorobenzylidene sorbitol, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. 2,2'-methylenebis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl) sodium phosphate, 1-5 pts. wt. brucite powder, 2-10 pts. wt. talc, 0.5-3 pts. wt. micro-silica powder, 0.1-2 pts. wt. poly-4-methyl-1-pentene, 3-10 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 0.2-1 pt. wt. ethylene-octene copolymer, 0.5-2 pts. wt. lanthanum stearate, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-5 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene and 0.2-1.5 pt. wt. hexamethylphosphoric triamide.
