NOVELTY - Graphene composite functional scarf comprises a scarf main body knitted by a braided wire (1), an inner composite layer (2) wrapped on the outside of the braided wire, a micro-capsule layer (3) disposed on the main body of the scarf and an outer composite layer (4) disposed outside the micro-capsule layer. USE - Used as graphene composite functional scarf. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple; reduces production difficulty; improves yield; and satisfies different health requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the scarf, comprises (i) configuring inner composite slurry, and immersing braided wire in the configured inner composite slurry for 10 minutes and taking out, (ii) suspending in a ventilated place for 10 minutes, and baking in an oven at 65 degrees C for 30-60 minutes and completely drying the inner composite slurry to form an inner composite layer, (iii) preparing into a scarf main body by a knitting machine, (iv) mixing the micro-capsules into the aqueous spray to form a microcapsule mixture, uniformly spraying the micro-capsule mixture on the main body of the scarf, and baking in an oven at 70 degrees C for 15 minutes to obtain a micro-capsule layer on the main body of the scarf, (v) configuring outer composite slurry, and uniformly coating the outer composite slurry to the upper and lower sides of the main body of the scarf through a scraper, (vi) straightening the ends of the main body of the scarf to which the outer composite slurry is applied and allowing to stand horizontally for 20 minutes, and flipping the upper and lower sides of the main body of the scarf every minute, and (vii) completely drying the water of the main body of the scarf using an oven at 75 degrees C to obtain outer composite layer, and completing the process.
