▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame retardant graphene polyurethane composite foam material comprises 10-30 wt.% polyether polyol, 10-30 wt.% polyester polyol, 40-50 wt.% isocyanate, 2-8 wt.% foaming agent, 0.5-5 wt.% foaming catalyst, 4-8 wt.% graphene-inorganic salt flame retardant and 1-4 wt.% foam stabilizer. USE - Used as flame retardant graphene polyurethane composite foam material. ADVANTAGE - The foam material: has good flame retarding effect and good mechanical property; and is safe and non-toxic; and preparation method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a flame-retardant graphene polyurethane composite foam material, comprising (i) taking all raw materials; (ii) stirring the polyether polyol and the polyester polyol at 1000 r/min for 10 minutes to obtain an A component; (iii) adding a foaming agent, a foaming catalyst, a graphene-inorganic salt flame retardant, and a foam stabilizer into the component A, controlling the temperature of the material to be stirred at 25 degrees C and stirring at 3000 r/min for 25 minutes to obtain component B; and (iv) mixing the component B with isocyanate, stirring at 3000 r/min for 20-30 s, controlling the temperature of the material at 25-30 degrees C, injecting into a mold having a preheating temperature of 80 degrees C for foaming, adding it into the oven at 110 degrees C together with the mold, preserving it for 4-5 hours, cooling down to room temperature and opening the mold.
