NOVELTY - The electrode graphite comprises graphite, graphene, cobalt acetate, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, ethylene glycol, selenium dioxide, hydrazine hydrate, and graphite. The graphite is prepared by using cobalt acetate and sodium diol to prepare a precursor solution, dispersing the dispersed cobalt selenide particles on the surface of the graphite to perform hydrothermal reaction to obtain cobalt sulfide particles, surface treating the surface treatment of the cobalt sulphide, mixing and stirring the functionalized cobalt-selenide surface with the graphene to obtain a coated graphene sulfide particle. USE - Ultra-high power electrode graphite is used for alternating current arc furnace main consumption. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-high power electrode graphite electrode has improved anti-bending strength and physical and chemical index, and reduced resistivity, and high mechanical strength, combining with high mechanical property of the graphene material, and reduces the amount of free carbon element.
