NOVELTY - An aqueous epoxy coating comprises 80-100 parts mass epoxy resin, 5-20 parts mass inorganic silicon fluorosol, 0.01-2 parts mass modified graphene oxide having structure (I), 20-100 parts mass self-emulsified aqueous epoxy curing agent, 5-100 parts mass epoxy curing agent, 55-240 parts mass deionized water, 0.1-2 parts mass defoamer, 0.5-1 part mass leveling agent, 0.5-1 part mass dispersant, 0.1-2 parts mass accelerator and 2-50 parts mass filler. USE - Aqueous epoxy coating is used for coating metal component and electrical component (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous epoxy coating has excellent stability and dispersion performance, and suppressed precipitation of self-emulsified aqueous epoxy curing agent, and enables formation of stable coating film having improved mechanical properties due to flexible domains formed by flexible long chain polyether, excellent corrosion resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and hardness, and reduced surface energy. The self-emulsified aqueous epoxy curing agent has excellent compatibility with respect to epoxy resin.
