▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Impregnating and coating highly purified graphite processed product using high temperature curing, comprises pre-treating a graphite processed product, and impregnating the pretreated graphite processing product into an impregnation liquid. The graphite process product is cured under high temperature conditions. The cured graphite product is carbonized. The impregnated solution is prepared by mixing phenolic resin, methylbenzene sulfonic acid, methyl alcohol and ethylene glycol in a container, and a magnetic stirrer is added to the container. A hot air dryer is utilized for drying the graphite treated product at 150-200° C for 3-3 hours. The impregnation solution comprises 30-50 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 1.5-5 pts. wt. methylbenzene sulfonic acid, 40-56 pts. wt. methyl alcohol, and 20 pts. wt. ethylene glycol. USE - The method is useful for impregnating and coating highly purified graphite processed product using high temperature curing. ADVANTAGE - The method minimizes surface defects caused by impregnation resin generated during curing of graphite processed product, suppresses evaporation of impregnating liquid by performing hardening in high-pressure gas in inert atmosphere, and forms high-quality carbonized surface by preventing occurrence of bubbles due to rapid temperature rise. The method performs ultrasonic cleaning before forming a film on surface of the graphite treated product to prevent contamination of impurities, and to remove dust composed of carbon and other foreign substances deposited on the lower layer of skin of the graphene processed product. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for impregnating and coating highly purified graphite processed product using high temperature curing (Drawing includes non-English language text).
