NOVELTY - Glass-phosphor composite comprises glass-phosphor (100) comprising glass frit and yellow phosphor and graphene-containing red phosphor (200) formed on glass-phosphor. USE - The glass-phosphor composite is useful as phosphor for high output LED, preferably automobile headlights and industrial lighting. ADVANTAGE - The glass-phosphor composite has improved thermal characteristics, flexibility, and color rendering properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing glass-phosphor composite comprising obtaining a mixture comprising a glass frit and a yellow phosphor, obtaining a glass-phosphor by pulverizing and heat treating the mixture, obtaining a graphene-containing red phosphor by dispersing red phosphor in a polymer complex in which graphene is dispersed in a polymer and forming graphene-containing red phosphor layer on the glass-phosphor.
