NOVELTY - Rubber material comprises 80-95 pts. wt. modified rubber, 5-20 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 10-80 pts. wt. carbon black, 2-6 pts. wt. accelerator, 4-6 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 2-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-8 pts. wt. active agent and 5-8 pts. wt. operation auxiliary agent. USE - The rubber material is useful for high load resistant load wheel (claimed), formulation field of shock-absorbing elastomer bearing various stress, formulation of main rubber, vulcanizing system, protective system, reinforcing filling system and process operation system. ADVANTAGE - The rubber material reduces the dynamic heat generation, satisfies the requirement of service life of the negative wheel rubber tire under high load harsh condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the rubber material, comprising (1) adding part of the modified rubber and all butadiene rubber into the internal mixer, plasticating for 2-3 minutes, adding silane coupling agent and white carbon black and blending for 4-6 minutes, and discharging glue at above 130℃ to prepare pre-dispersed white carbon black masterbatch, (2) adding the remaining modified rubber and pre-dispersed silica masterbatch into the internal mixer, plasticating for 2-3 minutes, adding zinc oxide, stearic acid and anti-aging agent and blending for 2-3 minutes, adding the remaining carbon black and processing aids, blending for 4-6 minutes at 120℃ to remove the glue, and preparing the masterbatch, (3) placing the masterbatch for more than 8 hours, returning to the internal mixer, plasticating for 2-3 minutes, discharging the glue, adding vulcanizing agent and accelerator to the open mixer, repeatedly cutting for many times, adding all the powder that falls in the open mill, carrying out mechanical turning over glue 4-6 time after the powder is eaten, and (4) parking mixed rubber for more than 8 hours, and vulcanizing according to the road wheel vulcanization process.
