NOVELTY - A high quality graphene nanotube sheet is prepared by immersing 1 pt. wt. herringbone multi-wall carbon nanotube into 10-300 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide or weak oxidizing ion solution, thermal treating at 20-100 degrees C for 1-24 hours, collecting product and washing by 3-10 times deionized water, and obtaining carbon nanotube of preliminary intercalation stripping; immersing 1 pt. wt. product into 10-300 pts. wt. hydrogen chloride treating at 20-100 degrees C for 1-24 hours, washing product with deionized water and ethanol, drying into 20-80 degrees C oven for 1-24 hours to obtain graphene nanosheet. USE - Method for preparing high quality graphene nanotube sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains high quality graphene nanosheet, is simple and efficient, and has low cost and environment-friendly. The prepared nanosheet has high purity and uniform size.
