▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene radiating coating comprises 20-60 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 20-50 pts. wt. graphene, 2-10 pts. wt. heat conducting particles, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene quantum dot, 50-60 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution, and 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. sodium lignosulfonate. USE - Graphene radiating coating used in consumer electronics, automobiles, base stations, servers, and data center applications. ADVANTAGE - The graphene radiating coating improves the heat radiation coefficient of the substrate surface and the heat exchange efficiency of the object surface, reduces the surface and internal temperature of the object, has excellent adhesion, weather resistance and salt spray resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene radiating coating, which involves (s1) adding 20-50 pts. wt. graphene and 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. sodium lignosulfonate into 50-60 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution, grinding and dispersing in ball mill, drying, reheating for high-temperature treatment, cooling and grinding, discharging to obtain pre-treated graphene, (s2) soaking the pre-treated graphene and carbon nanotubes in the soaking solution which is a trifluoroacetic acid solution for 2-4 hours, constantly stirring the soaking solution during soaking process, adding a modifying agent to soaked pre-treated graphene and carbon nanotubes to modify under ultrasonic conditions, filtering and drying to obtain a modified graphene-carbon nanotube composite, and (s3) mixing 20-60 pts. wt. aqueous resin, modified graphene-carbon nanotube composite, and 10-20 pts. wt. graphene quantum dot, grounding and shearing under the action of ultrasound.
