▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon hollow fiber membrane involves uniformly mixing copper salt solution and alcoholamine solution, aging for 1-7 days to obtain a pore-forming agent dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in a solvent, mixing with the pore-forming agent dispersion to obtain a mixture, adding organic membrane material under the condition of heating while stirring to obtain a spinning solution, simultaneously passing the spinning solution as a shell solution and water as a core solution into a spinning head of a spinning machine, spinning in a coagulation bath, naturally drying to obtain hollow fiber membrane precursor, calcining the hollow fiber membrane precursor at 700-1500℃ for 1-4 hours in an inert atmosphere, soaking calcined product in dilute nitric acid, washing and drying. The volume ratio of flow rate of shell solution and core solution is 0.5-5:1. USE - Preparation of carbon hollow fiber membrane (claimed) used in gas separation and purification applications. ADVANTAGE - The method is helpful for reducing carbon hollow fiber film graphitization temperature, enhancing film permeability and mechanical strength.
