NOVELTY - 10-20 Parts mass tetraethyl orthosilicate, 5-10 parts mass methyltrimethoxysilane, 40-66 parts mass anhydrous ethanol and 10-20 parts mass isopropanol are mixed at rate of 200-300 rpm. 10 %mass Hydrochloric acid is added to adjust hydrogen ion concentration to 10-3-10-4M, 3-5 parts mass deionized water is added and aged at 20 degrees C for 10 hours. 5-10 Parts mass graphene powder and 1-5 parts mass antimony-doped tin oxide nano powder are added, and stirred at 20 degrees C for 10 hours, to obtain sol. USE - Preparation of sol used in antiglare and antistatic coating for optical plastic substrate. ADVANTAGE - The sol provides coating having excellent antiglare property and antistatic property. The coating forms a coating layer having thickness of 1 microns, and excellent hardness and flexibility.
