NOVELTY - A refractory material graphene powder-zirconium oxide is prepared by adding graphite oxide sheet to deionized water to obtain 0.5-10 mg/ml solution, adjusting pH to 5-7, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-120 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring in electromagnetic stirrer, adding 0.5-2 mol/L zirconium oxychloride solution in which mass ratio zirconium oxychloride:graphene oxide is 1-200:1, adjusting pH to 7-10, stirring at 70-90 degrees C for 10-50 minutes to obtain reaction solution, adding 0.01-0.1 mg/ml additive, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-120 minutes. USE - Preparation of refractory material graphene powder-zirconium oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Prepared product has strong oxidation resistance, good dispersibility, and improved comprehensive performance.
