▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A polyethylene composite material comprises a high-density polyethylene, an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, graphene oxide, modified sepiolite, carbon black and antioxidant, and optionally ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer, talc, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene and coupling agent. USE - Polyethylene composite material used for fish raft net cage pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene composite material provides fish raft net cage pipe having excellent oxidation resistance, mechanical property and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the polyethylene composite material, which involves (1) mixing graphene oxide, solvent and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, drying and grinding to obtain a mixture, and (2) mixing the mixture, high-density polyethylene, modified sepiolite, carbon black and antioxidant, and optionally ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer, talc, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene and coupling agent, melt-blending and molding; and (2) a fish raft net cage pipe, which comprises the composite material, and has an oxidation induction time of 37 minutes or more, preferably 45-55 minutes, an elongation at break of 420% or more, preferably 550-700%, a slow crack growth resistance time under a water pressure of 0.92 MPa of more than 500 hours, preferably 2000-10000 hours, and a mortar abrasion rate of 2% or less, preferably 1-1.5%.
