▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The surface has a dielectric layer and a metal-graphene mixed structure resonator array layer symmetrically connected with two sides of a metal structure layer. The metal-graphene mixed structure resonator array layer performs multi-metal-graphene mixed structure processing process to obtain a basic unit. A cross-shaped resonator generates a coupling through a graphene sheet at a tail end. An upper layer and a medium layer are fixedly connected with a side of the metal-graphene mixed structure resonator array layer. The cross-shaped resonator radiates an electromagnetic wave, where a material of the medium layer is benzocyclobutene. USE - Graphene based terahertz passband switching frequency selective surface. ADVANTAGE - The surface performs operation in terahertz frequency band according to basic theory of aperture coupling resonator and opens and closes a pass band working state. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene based terahertz passband switching frequency selective surface implementation method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows an exploded perspective view of a graphene based terahertz passband switching frequency selective surface.
