NOVELTY - The element comprises a composite layer set on the conductive base plate comprising multiple randomly crossed and extended carbon nano-tubes, and multiple nano-gold particles attached to the nano-carbon tube. The modified layer is arranged on the composite layer, and includes multiple reduced graphene oxide nano-mesh partially attached to the composite layer. The test liquid is arranged on the modification layer to detect the test subject's saliva glucose concentration after mixing the saliva of test subject with the enzyme to form a test liquid, where the conductive substrate is chosen from fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrate, indium tin oxide (ITO) substrate, or glass carbon substrate. USE - The element is useful for detecting saliva glucose concentration of subject. ADVANTAGE - The element: improves sensitivity form composite layer; utilizes partially covered reduction graphene as the modified layer for protecting the composite layers; provides better conductivity; protects composite layer to avoid falling off when detecting the subsequent detection; and stabilizes whole structure.
