NOVELTY - The packaging film has a nylon layer (1), a metal foil layer (2), an electrolyte resistant functional layer (3) and a heat seal layer (4). The flexible packaging film is sequentially laminated from the outside to the inside of the nylon layer, the metal foil layer, the electrolyte resistant functional layer and the heat seal layer. The layers are fixed by adhesive bonding. The electrolyte resistant functional layer is polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polyimide (PI). A graphene-silane coating layer (5) is arranged on the metal foil layer, and is arranged on both the front side and the back side of the metal foil layer. The metal foil layer is a stainless steel foil. The heat seal layer is cast polypropylene. USE - Flexible packaging film for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The graphene silane coating can improve the interlayer structural force between the nylon layer, the electrolyte resistant functional layer and the metal foil layer, thus improving the interlayer composite stability of the flexible packaging film.
