▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation method of magnetic graphene nanocapsule, comprises (i) mixing magnetic metal salt solution and fumed silica solution for evaporating, performing heat treatment and in-situ growth to obtain a catalyst and (ii) mixing the catalyst with hydrofluoric acid solution for etching to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing magnetic graphene nanocapsules, which are used for treating magnetic hyperthermia (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method uses cheap raw materials, adopts easily obtained raw materials such as metal chloride salts and nitrate and is simple in synthesis conditions and suitable for mass production. The magnetic graphene nanocapsules can be taken orally into designated parts, avoids the problems such as liver accumulation and side effects after nanoparticles enter the blood, avoids the potential toxicity of nanoparticles entering the systemic circulation, enhances heat generation and acid resistance and provides stable hyperthermia conditions in the stomach.
