NOVELTY - High temperature resistant and highly dispersed edge graphene oxide nano-microsheet grease comprises 70-80 pts. wt. lithium base grease, 10-20 pts. wt. alpha -zirconium phosphate, 3-5 pts. wt. polyurea thickener, 2 pts. wt. edge graphene oxide nanochips, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. metal cleaner, 2-3 pts. wt. rust inhibitor, and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. ionic liquid. USE - High temperature resistant and highly dispersed edge graphene oxide nano-microsheet grease. ADVANTAGE - The high temperature resistant and highly dispersed edge graphene oxide nano-microsheet grease solves the graphene dispersibility in grease, problem of poor temperature resistance, has strong anti-friction performance and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high temperature resistant and highly dispersed edge graphene oxide nano-microsheet grease, which involves: (A) adding concentrated sulfuric acid to graphite and pre-cooling to 0 degrees C with ice salt; (B) addding potassium permanganate mixed solution, reacting at 35 degrees C, cooling, adding deionized water to dilute and stirring; (C) adding hydrogen peroxide to stirring the reaction, pickle after washing; and (D) vacuum drying to obtain finsl product.
