NOVELTY - A positive electrode using nitride/graphene as a separator comprises a positive plate and a nitride/graphene separator located on the positive plate. The positive plate is a sulfur-containing positive electrode. The preparation method of sulfur-containing positive electrode involves mixing sulfur-containing active material, conductive agent and binder in a mass ratio of (5-9):(1-4):(1-3), adding an organic solvent to the mixed material, stirring uniformly to obtain a slurry, uniformly coating the slurry on an aluminum current collector, and vacuum drying the current collector to obtain a sulfur-containing positive electrode containing a sulfur-containing active material. USE - The positive electrode is useful in a lithium-sulfur battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The positive electrode can improve the electrochemical performance of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A positive electrode using nitride/graphene as a separator comprises a positive plate and a nitride/graphene separator located on the positive plate. The positive plate is a sulfur-containing positive electrode. The preparation method of sulfur-containing positive electrode involves mixing sulfur-containing active material, conductive agent and binder in a mass ratio of (5-9):(1-4):(1-3), adding an organic solvent to the mixed material, stirring uniformly to obtain a slurry, uniformly coating the slurry on an aluminum current collector, and vacuum drying the current collector to obtain a sulfur-containing positive electrode containing a sulfur-containing active material. The sulfur-containing active substance is chosen from elemental sulfur, inorganic sulfide, organic sulfide, activated carbon/sulfur composite, microporous carbon/sulfur composite, mesoporous carbon/sulfur composite, mesoporous carbon/sulfur complex, macroporous carbon/sulfur composite, mesoporous microporous carbon/sulfur complex, macroporous microporous carbon/sulfur complex, macroporous mesoporous carbon/sulfur complex, macroporous mesoporous microporous carbon/sulfur complex, fibrous carbon/sulfur composite, cavity carbon sphere/sulfur composite, graphene/sulfur composite, carbon nanotube/sulfur composite, biomass carbon/sulfur complex, Ketjen Black (RTM: Unique electro-conductive carbon black)/sulfur complex, acetylene black/sulfur complex, metal oxide/sulfur composite and/or conductive polymer/sulfur composite. The sulfur content of the sulfur-containing active material is 20-100%. The nitride is chosen from lithium nitride, sodium nitride, aluminum nitride, calcium nitride, manganese nitride, tungsten nitride, magnesium nitride, copper nitride, zirconium nitride, titanium nitride, silver nitride, bismuth nitride, tantalum nitride, phosphorus nitride, silicon nitride, boron nitride and/or carbon nitride, and the mass fraction of the nitride is 10-90%. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a lithium-sulfur battery, which comprises the positive electrode; and (2) a method for preparing the lithium-sulfur battery.
