NOVELTY - Preparing polyethylene terephthalate (PET) diatomaceous earth template framework film involves producing diatomaceous earth particle raw materials by: selecting the diatomaceous earth raw material according to the diameter for required diatomaceous earth particles; winnowing by blowing off the dust in the particles and the diatomaceous earth of different particles with an airflow; adding the particles after winnowing to an acid washing tank to remove impurities in the pores of the particles; diluting an acid solution remaining in the pores of the particles; neutralizing by neutralizing the acid solution remaining in the pores of the particles after water washing; spin drying by removing the water remaining in the pores of the neutralized particles; vacuum drying by vacuum drying water vapor remaining in the pores of the spin-dried particles; and sealing by sealing the vacuum dried particles, and preventing the particles from regaining moisture during storage. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyethylene terephthalate diatomaceous earth template framework film, which is useful for super capacitor battery and lithium-ion battery (all claimed) and for production of graphene aerogel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation device, which is provided with a PET film cabin leveling shaft according to the PET diatomaceous earth template framework film production process flow, a PET film, a glue coating device, an edge protecting film, a leveling device, a roller, a cleaner, a quality detector, a steering shaft, and a PET diatomaceous earth template framework film cabin. The PET film cabin is arranged outside the preparation device. The leveling shaft is arranged at a position corresponding to the PET film cabin inside the preparation device. The PET film is fed into the inner portion of the preparation device through the leveling shaft to the lower portion of the glue coating device, which is arranged on the upper edge of the PET film beside the leveling axis. The edge protecting film is arranged on the edges of both sides of the PET film next to the glue coating device. The leveling device is arranged beside the edge protecting film. The roller is arranged beside the leveling device. The cleaner is arranged beside the roller. The quality detector is arranged beside the cleaner. The steering shaft is arranged beside the quality detector. The film cabin is arranged at a position corresponding to the steering shaft outside the preparation device.
