NOVELTY - Graphite halogen-free flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene comprises 100 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, 10-30 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 12-18 pts. wt. decabromodiphenyl ethane, 10-15 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dicumylperoxide, 5-9 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. tricresyl phosphate, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. zinc borate and 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. ethylene bis stearamide. USE - Used as graphite halogen-free flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene. ADVANTAGE - The styrene is simple, economical, vicat softening point is 110-120 degrees C, flexural strength is 70-80 MPa, elongation at break is 30-50%, tensile strength is 55-65 MPa, notch impact strength is 20-60 kJ/m2 and oxygen index is 35-45%.
