NOVELTY - Complete set of device comprises e.g. a barrel, which is provided with a heating device, a feeding mechanism arranged on the machine barrel, comprising at least one feeding mechanism, and mixing mechanism is connected with the feeding mechanism. The power transmission mechanism comprising a motor device, connected with the mixing extruding mechanism, for driving the mixing extruding mechanism, the collecting mechanism for collecting the graphene composite material, where the mixing and extruding mechanism comprises e.g. a set of drive mandrel, feeding screw rod, and an extrusion screw. USE - The complete set of device is useful for preparing graphene composite material by screw extrusion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The complete set of device can overcomes the common screw extruding device for preparing graphene product has low stripping strength, cannot be fully uniformly mixing the material defect, can improves the peeling strength, improves the release agent dispersion in the graphite raw material, thus improve stripping efficiency of the graphite, graphene and prevent material agglomeration, continuous production process without pollution and is suitable for industrial production.
