NOVELTY - Preparation of large size graphene glass comprises cleaning large size quartz glass; putting cleaned quartz glass in high temperature tubular furnace at 1000-1100 degrees C, pumping reaction chamber to 10 Pa, and emptying; introducing argon gas and hydrogen gas in reaction chamber, introducing ethanol vapor graphene, and growing for 4-30 minutes; and closing ethanol steam, reducing argon gas and hydrogen gas flow, closing argon/hydrogen, and reducing temperature to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing large size graphene glass (claimed).
