NOVELTY - Multi-mode self-powered wear-resistant moisture sensing device comprises a flexible substrate (1) and a composite functional layer (2). The compound functional layer is prepared by using MXene, polyvinyl alcohol and oxidized graphene on the flexible substrate. The composite functional layers are prepared with positive and negative electrodes (3). USE - Used as multi-mode self-powered wear-resistant moisture sensing device. ADVANTAGE - The device has simple structure, flexible and high sensitivity, without external power supply and can save energy and improve the energy utilization rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the multi-mode self-powered wear-resistant moisture sensing device.
