▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Use of molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide complex material as stealth material, is claimed. USE - The molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide complex material is useful as stealth material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide complex material has low density, high conductivity, good millimeter wave attenuation effect and good application prospect in military stealth. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide complex material comprising, (i) mixing graphite, strong acid and nitrate in certain ratio in ice water bath, stirring, maintaining certain stirring rate continuous stirring to make fully react, adding certain proportion strong oxidant, continuing to stirring in ice water bath to fully oxidize graphite, raising temperature to 35-45 degrees C, carrying out intermediate temperature reaction subsequently, adding de-ionized water, mixing uniformly, allowing mixed solution to react at 90-95 degrees C, adding certain concentration of reducing agent to remove excess potassium permanganate in oxidation, mixing uniformly, filtering product, washing and drying in vacuum to obtain pure graphite oxide; and (ii) stripping ultrasonically obtained graphite oxide and proper amount of de-ionized water bath for period of time, obtaining uniformly dispersed graphene oxide suspension, adding certain proportion of molybdenum source and sulfur source, stirring uniformly to mix solution, placing mixture in hydrothermal kettle, carrying out reaction at high temperature for period of time, filtering obtained product, washing and drying.
