▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A reduced graphene oxide dispersant comprises polysiloxane, quaternary ammonium salt, isocyanate functional group, and two components (A) and (B). USE - Reduced graphene oxide dispersant. ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide dispersant has the function of dispersing and anchoring micro-nano materials in a solvent system, high dispersion stability and low foam. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the dispersant, which involves (i) adding allyl alcohol polyether having molecular weight of 800-1200 and hydrogen-terminated silicone oil having molecular weight of 1000-3000 in a feeding ratio such that the mol ratio of silyl group (R3Si-H) and allyl group is 1:1, raising the temperature to 80 drums nitrogen, adding 1 mL of 1% isopropanol solution of chloroplatinic acid, and reacting for 2 hours to obtain polyether block silicon oil, (ii) adding allyl alcohol epoxy-terminated polyether having a molecular weight of 600-4000 and propylene oxide (PO) content of 20-40%, and hydrogen-terminated silicone oil having a molecular weight of 500 in a feeding ratio of 1:1, raising the temperature to 80-110℃, preferably 85℃ in drum nitrogen, adding 1 mL of 1% isopropanol solution of chloroplatinic acid, and reacting for 2 hours to obtain epoxy-terminated polyether block silicone oil, (iii) quaternizing the epoxy-terminated polyether block silicon oil with tertiary amine polyether such as PO polyether of dimethylethanolamine having a molecular weight of 600-1000 such that the mol ratio of epoxy group, tertiary amine and glacial acetic acid is 1:1:1, adding 20% propylene glycol dimethyl ether as solvent, and reacting at 70℃, and (iv) adding oxalyl chloride diluted with propylene glycol dimethyl ether such that the mol number of oxalyl chloride satisfies the relation: mol number of oxalyl chloride = hydroxyl number of component (A)+(amino mol number of component (B))×2×1.25, raising the temperature to 70℃, heat-preserving for 2 hours, and centrifuging to separate salt.
