▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fabricating graphene ribbons involves (a) preparing carbon structure in which graphene ribbon is spirally grown (a graphene helix), revealing tube shape; and (b) applying energy to unroll the graphene helix into the graphene ribbons. USE - For fabricating graphene ribbons (claimed) which is applicable to various fields such as next-generation electronic devices including field effect transistor (FET), and bio- and gas-sensors. ADVANTAGE - The graphene ribbon has a zigzag or armchair configuration (claimed) in simple manner and in large quantity. The graphene ribbons having better physical properties than commercialized carbon nanotubes is fabricated in a simple manner and in a great quantity.
