NOVELTY - Automobile roof heat-resistant antistatic functional material comprises 30-45 pts. wt. modified polypropylene resin, 15-25 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, 5-15 pts. wt. micro silica powder, 8-12 pts. wt. functionalized graphene powder, 1-3 pts. wt. nano carbon sol, 2-3 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. talc powder, 2-3 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 3-8 pts. wt. coconut shell fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. flexibilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant and 1-2 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Used as automobile roof heat-resistant antistatic functional material. ADVANTAGE - The material utilizes the synergistic effect between functionalized graphene, nano carbon sol, nano titanium dioxide, talc, zirconium silicate, and zinc stearate, and effectively reduces the phenomenon of static electricity inside the automobile, reduces the deposition of dust, and improves the comfort and safety of the ride and has good high temperature resistance and antistatic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the automobile roof heat-resistant antistatic functional material, comprising (i) taking various raw materials; (ii) adding the modified polypropylene resin, acrylonitrile butadiene resin, micro silicon powder, functionalized graphene powder, nano carbon sol, nano titanium dioxide, talc powder, zirconium silicate, zinc stearate, coconut shell fiber, flexibilizer, compatibilizer, antioxidant, flame retardant into high-speed mixer, mixing at 500-600 revolutions/minute for 6-10 minutes, and discharging to obtain mixed material; and (iii) adding the mixture prepared in step (ii) into a twin-screw extruder through the main feed hopper, melting, extruding, pelletizing and drying to obtain coarse material, and adding the coarse material into the injection molding machine for injection molding.
