▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-phenolic resin composite material comprises electrode body of the electrode tube, an electrode lead, a graphene-phenolic resin composite material, where the is obtained by in-situ polycondensation after mixing with graphene in an ethanol solution containing linear phenolic resin and ethanol solution of hexamethylenetetramine and filling mixture of a linear phenolic resin and a hexamethylenetetramine in ethanol and a mixture of graphene at the lower end of the electrode tube, initiating polycondensation hardening the electrode body by heating, polishing into a disk, where the mass content of graphene is 10-60 % of electrode body, one end of the electrode lead is located in the electrode body, and the other end is fixed with an adhesive at the open end of the electrode tube. USE - The material is useful for electrochemical detection electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high sensitivity, good repeatability and strong anti-pollution ability. The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene phenolic resin composite material, comprising (i) dissolving 2 g hexamethylenetetramine in 8-12 ml absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain curing agent solution, dispersing 18-22 g thermoplastic phenolic resin powder and dissolving in the solution to obtain a viscous pale yellow liquid with fluidity, where the solid mass percentage content is 60-75 %, (ii) taking 1g graphite powder and 2-4 g thermoplastic phenolic resin containing curing agent ethanol solution, fully stirring to obtain black clay with certain plasticity, (iii) inserting one end of the electrode tube into the black plaster, filling the graphene-linear phenolic resin mixture mortar into the electrode tube, inserting the electrode lead through the other end of the electrode pipe, inserting straight graphene-linear phenolic resin mixture cement of electrode lead into the electrode tube, placing in constant temperature air blowing and drying box of 50-70 degrees C to solidifying for 1-3 hours and (iv) removing out the electrode, filling one end of graphene-phenolic resin composite material electrode body made of sand paper disc, where the electrode lead electrodes is fixed at the pipe opening end by adhesive, and sealing the electrode tube to obtain graphene-phenolic resin composite material.
