NOVELTY - A graphene microchip-based coating agent contains 45-55 mass% aqueous resin, 10-15 mass% latent solvent, 15-20 mass% water, 15-25 mass% filler, and 5-10 mass% pigment in which filler contains graphene microchip and nitride powder at ratio graphene microchip:nitride powder of 8:2, graphene microchip is three-dimensional honeycomb crystal which is prepared by wet milling graphite carbon nano crystals, and performing single direction grinding to obtain nano microchips. USE - A graphene microchip-based coating agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high cooling effect, good electrostatic spraying and film leveling effect, is low cost, and environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene microchip-based coating agent which involves adding aqueous resin and latent solvent in water, heating, mixing, placing in ball mill, adding pigment and filler, uniformly stirring, milling for 4 hours, testing for residual particles or agglomeration using No. 2 dilution cup test 10 plus minus 1S standard, stopping milling, and packaging.
