▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Porous-structured metal nanosheet/graphene composite aerogel comprises three-dimensional graphene hydrogel, aerogel, metal dispersed in the three-dimensional gel nanosheets and a solvent. The density of the metal nanosheet/graphene composite hydrogel is 0.5-2 g/cm3. The density of the aerogel is 10-30 mg/cm3. USE - Porous-structured metal nanosheet/graphene composite aerogel for electrochemical sensing, biological sensing and gas sensing, preferably hydrogen, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and other gases (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The porous-structured metal nanosheet/graphene composite aerogel is rich in defective oxygen and oxygen-containing functional groups, has a porous layered structure, and provides a large specific surface area and a reaction site. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing porous-structured metal nanosheet/graphene composite aerogel, which involves dissolving 0.0003-0.2M palladium acetylacetonate, 0-0.2M ruthenium acetylacetonate, and 0.0005-0.2M carbonyl compound in 2-80 mL organic solvent under stirring and dispersing for 10-120 minutes, mixing with 5-80 mL, 0.5-3 mg/mL graphene oxide solution and 0-10 mL acetic acid added under stirring for 10-60 minutes, and heating at 150-220℃ to fully react to obtain a metal nanosheet/graphene composite hydrogel, and then rapidly drying to obtain the metal nanosheet/graphene composite aerogel; and (2) a method for using porous-structured metal nanosheet/graphene composite aerogel, which involves directly connecting bulk three-dimensional metal nanosheet/graphene composite aerogel to the test gold electrode clip as electrode to be tested, dispersing in ethanol, integrating into the interdigital electrode with the interdigital spacing of 10-200μM, coating the interdigitated electrode with the test gold electrode clip to construct a gas sensor, using the bulk three-dimensional metal nanosheet/graphene composite aerogel as the working electrode to connect with the three-electrode electrochemical test device, and constructing a biosensor by connecting the bulk three-dimensional metal nanosheet/graphene composite aerogel as a working electrode to a three-electrode bioelectrochemical test device.
