NOVELTY - A non-sintered glazed foam ceramic insulation board is prepared by foaming ceramic thermal insulation board substrate and using surface reinforcing agent used to perform penetration enhancement coating treatment on surface of the foamed ceramic thermal insulation board substrate to form hydrophobic protective film on surface of substrate. The foaming foamed ceramic thermal insulation board substrate comprises 50-70 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 10-15 pts. wt. gel material as foaming agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. nano-inorganic porous material, 0.1-3 pts. wt. graphene with D90 particle size of less than 50 microns, 1-3 pts. wt. reinforcing fiber, 0.1-1 pt. wt. dispersant and 20-40 pts. wt. water. USE - Non-sintered glazed foam ceramic insulation board for external wall insulation board (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The non-sintered glazed foam ceramic insulation board is lightweight and fireproof, and has excellent heat preservation performance, hydrophobicity and durability, and provides external wall insulation board with long-lasting weatherproof protection and decorative effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) production of the non-sintered glazed foam ceramic insulation board; and (2) external wall thermal insulation board, which is prepared by electrostatically spraying fluorocarbon thermosetting powder coating or weather-resistant polyester thermosetting powder coating on the surface of the non-sintered glazed foamed ceramic insulation board, thermosetting and molding. The hydrophobic protective film is located between the foamed ceramic insulation board substrate and thermosetting coating.
