▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A polystyrene composite material comprises polystyrene, titania-grafted-poly(glycidyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile) (P(GMA-AN)), treated graphene, antioxidant and lubricant. Titania-grafted-poly(glycidyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile) is prepared by adding titania, sodium dodecyl sulfate, polyoxyethylene octylphenol ether (emulsifier OP-10) and deionized water, dispersing, adding certain amount of potassium persulfate, reacting to obtain mixed solution (A), adding and mixing to alkyl methacrylate and acrylonitrile, reacting to obtain mixed solution (B), washing, filtering and reacting. USE - Polystyrene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high surface grafting rate, is conducive to the stress transmitted to the particles, and improves the compatibility of titania and polystyrene by surface grafting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The polystyrene composite material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polystyrene, 16-24 pts. wt. titania-grafted-poly(glycidyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile) (P(GMA-AN)), 8-12 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. lubricant. The titania-grafted-poly(glycidyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile) is prepared by adding titania, sodium dodecyl sulfate, polyoxyethylene octylphenol ether (emulsifier OP-10) and deionized water in four-necked flask, ultrasonically dispersing for 6-10 hours, adding certain amount of potassium persulfate, reacting at 80-120 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain mixed solution (A), adding alkyl methacrylate and acrylonitrile to four-necked flask, mixing with the mixed solution (A), reacting at 120-160 degrees C for 8-12 hours to obtain mixed solution (B), washing and filtering the mixed solution (B) to obtain white product, and reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 6-8 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of polystyrene composite material, which involves weighing 60-80 pts. wt. polystyrene, 16-24 pts. wt. titania-grafted-poly(glycidyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile) (P(GMA-AN)), 8-12 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. lubricant, mixing and evenly stirring to obtain the mixture, and extruding the mixture.
